I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Central Florida College of Nursing. My research is focused on technology-based fall risk assessment among low-income community-dwelling older adults with cognitive impairment. Some of my research work includes “Recruitment Strategies for a Technology-based Fall Risk Assessment Research Study among Community-dwelling Older Adults during a Global Pandemic”, “Technology-based Fall Risk Assessment and Senior Technology Acceptance among Community-dwelling Older Adults” and “Falls Prevention for Community-Dwelling Older Adults with Cognitive Impairment: A systematic review.” I’m a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida Orlando Florida. I’m a member of the Gerontological Society of America and the Southern Nursing Research Society. I provide community service through “Health Keepers Initiatives” and “Secure Future Initiatives.”
